Called in today for the first time and asked for a cod supper. You'd expect that it should be good in Kilkeel. How wrong can you be. The cod? Certainly was anything but fresh and was fried to a leather like texture. The chips were so under done they had raw bits in them and had a strange taste. I can honestly say it was the worst fish supper I ever had and all for a measly 6.95

Asked for a Quarter Pounder burger. This is what I got. No sauce, no dressing, nothing. I was starving so I put some ketchup on it back at the caravan. Burger tasted worse than it looked. Dry and crunchy on the outside, disgusting pinkish gloop on the inside. Don't know what (if any) animal it was supposed to have come from, but it didn't bear any resemblance to any beef burger I've had before. Chips were manky too. Avoid.

Would've been a 5 star rating but for the cardinal sin of burger making, when I ask for a quarter pound cheeseburger, and I pay the extra 20 pence or however much it was for the slice of fake cheese, I expect a cheeseburger, not a hamburger, it seems to somewhat of a problem in the town of Kilkeel.
