Very welcoming place, fabulous beer plenty of gins and spirits to choose from. Lovely management and friendly staff also dog friendly with water bowls available for your pooch at all times. All round great pub

Good pint of Landford, great service and nice atmosphere.
Lush and full of banter
Used to be my local before I moved away. Quaint traditional pub. Good beer selection. Well kept cellar. Quite small very cosy. There's outdoor seating and parking. It is a bit far from the beaten path. The nearest metro at chi is about 15 minute walk. But if you walk from south Shields along the Riverside visiting a few pubs along the way. it's a good finishing point.
