Rude staff! Booked a table for 6 on Saturday night just gone. Due to my partner being very ill we decided to eat at the Boars Head (as my family were staying there and my partner would be able to lie down if she felt any worse) I emailed an hour and a half before our reservation to cancel and was met with a sarcastic and rude response. You would think with the current climate people would learn that customer service is key as you can't afford to loose any custom. My recommendation dont go here and go down the road to the Boars head! Lovely staff, lovely food, lovely atmosphere. Such a shame that people dont think about others and only about them! Bigger picture Paul, bigger picture.
