Five of us ate dinner here tonight. Food was excellent, service was top notch and the pub was delightful inside. Shame we’re on holiday here and not local as we’d be regulars!

I didn't go in, but Google has asked me to write a review. I sat on the bench across the road, and had a cheese and onion sandwich, and some Monster Munch crisps. They were excellent!
Amazing food! We had the garlic bread and creamy mushroom starters and then the lamb dish and the blade of beef. All were beautifully presented and tasted lovely! I definitely want to go back to try out a dessert. We were too full for anything else!
Lovely looking modern place, inside and out. Upmarket establishment. Greeting was friendly and polite, social distancing in place at the time of visiting (No temperature checks, staff PPE etc) Food was really nice although I have to say I was disappointed at the portion size versus standard pricing. However, it made up for it by being delicious. It didn't fill us up though. The pie appears to be similar to a smallish Pukka pie. It's honestly well worth a visit, but it won't blow you away.
