Welcomed like we were regulars rather than the blow-ins looking for a decent beer we are. It's a shame we're unlikely to become very regular customers because this place is a gem. Good quality, well kept real ales straight from the cask, interesting choices on keg and a cider festival!

Lovely tiny micro pub with a great selection of local cask beers
Very traditional, basic micropub with good beer and a friendly welcome. The ale is on gravity dispense so flat as a pancake - just how they like it down south!
