Never visited before but have already booked in again!! Met friends for lunch. They brought their two dogs and we were shown a table in the dog friendly section. Waiter quickly took our drinks order and left us to choose our meals. I opted for the vegetable curry which was served in a dish and was accompanied by a generous portion of rice and a small naan bread. My friend order salmon and vegetable lasagne. We all agreed the food was delicious and filling; so much so that none of us could manage dessert so we all had coffee. Lovely food, great service and three very satisfied and happy customers! Hand-gel on entry and social distancing was in place. After our meal we found a lovely path alongside the nearby river, little bridges and locks too. Ideal to walk off our lovely meal I would Highly Recommend The Dirty Duck!

After a bike ride or walk along the canal, nothing better than a delicious meal from your menu. Last time celebrating my birthday with family including our one year old great granddaughter! All socially distanced at outside table by the canal. Can't wait for December 2, we'll be back!

Parked here and went for a nice walk along the canal Bank. Came back and they were serving hot snacks and drinks in the vast car park. It was Allowed back then. Superb location great stafg

We'd had a bit of a walk along the canal with grandchildren, the weather was lovely and we called into the Dirty Duck for some lunch, we did have to sit outside, due to current restrictions, we ordered our drinks and food, table service, my only small grumble was that we had to wait quite a long time for our food, but it was busy, I think I would have appreciated a word from the staff to say that they hadn't forgotten us! That said, great care was taken with regards hand cleansers and distancing, and best of all the food was delicious. Definitely going back.

Great place to drop in for food or a coffee and cake. If you are in the area and feel peckish, then drop in.
