The Digital Recruitment Company team is fantastic. I originally contacted them because I saw a job posting on LinkedIn and they instantly gave me a call to see if the role was compatible for me. Throughout the interview process they were super helpful, calling to check-in, providing helpful tips and calling afterwards to see how it went. What a shame, I applied for a role within the company and after a pleasant initial telephone call and meeting with staff members Tom White and Toby Day, neither felt the need to contact me with an update. After contacting the company both via telephone (of which I was told that I will be given a call back) and contacting Tom via email for an update, I have received no response. A couple of weeks later, I received an email from Tom stating that he has seen my CV online and would like to discuss a position within the company. Via email, we scheduled a phone call to discuss the role further. I did not receive this call. After putting aside my personal time to receive this call, I eventually sent Tom an email asking if our call was still going ahead. Again, I have not received a reply. My guess is that he eventually realised who I am... The lack of courtesy, professionalism and respect displayed from The Digital Recruitment Company's staff members is absolutely disgusting.
