I ordered fresh seabass to arrive before 12pm for the 12th Feb 2021 as I wanted to celebrate the 1st day of Chinese New Year. When they didn't arrive until after 4pm on the 15th Feb, I refused the package as the fish would have been 4 days old since leaving the fishmonger on the 11th. I would have accepted a simple apology but I was patronisingly told the reason for the delay was that \At the moment our country is wracked with a severe medical crisis called Covid.\. They could do with a lesson in customer service.
