Myself and partners first time coming here to eat and I must say especially through these difficult times it was amazing! The waitress we had was absolutely lovely and made you feel comfortable to be there and just had a right laugh which is what we all need during this time!! Thank you to our waitress Kaz! myself and partner really appreciate it! And look forward to coming there again soon! Would 110% recommend this pub!

Great food from the kitchen coupled with fantastic service from Sally who is the friendliest server we have seen in ages. We have enjoyed coming here as a family for a number of years now and is always a well anticipated experience for us all including a short walk around the fields. The kids lasagna was well received and is a filling/hearty meal for any size kid. The stone baked pizza are packed with flavour yet remain light and fluffy. The fish and chips was nice, fresh and flaky. The steak and ale pie was rich and full of wholesome taste Tasting platter for desert is a must!! It has everything on it and has a fair amount in there which leaves you all feeling full.
Had a very tasty lunch with glorious views of the Downs. The staff took every care with my gluten free and vegan diet. Space enough to feel safe which felt very covid secure. Thank you.
They offer a great Sunday lunch and the staff are fantastic. A great place to stop when visiting Devils Dyke.
Amazing staff every single time we visit. They take allergies VERY seriously, so if you got allergies, you're in good hands in here! They listen if you have any requests and definitely makes them happen - if they can obviously. Have nothing bad to say, keep it up guys! And to be honest... How on earth someone could give less than 4 stars purely because of the views?
