Absolutely useless. Incapable of even the simplest tasks like dialing the correct number for a phone assessment. I provided evidence that no one called me. Was told over and over that I needed to pick up my phone when I had no missed calls from them (despite them claiming they left a voicemail... how? Where?) Never apologised and wasn't contacted re my assessment for 10 days and that was after I emailed nonstop. They didn't even bother to confirm my registration. I had to email them nearly a month after filling out my form and received a one sentence email with no apology. Never received a registration letter. Just now they left several of us outside for a solid 10mns because the buzzer wasn't working then scolded us once we got inside. Incompetent and rude staff idk how you can possibly be both. Pick a struggle.
Always so nice and friendly on the phone when you have to call, and the doctors are genuinely caring.

I was seen by DR Ademola Oladunjoye, he was absolutely lovely. I felt comfortable with the whole process, he answered all the questions I put in-front of him & always fulfilled follow up appointments. Your doing a great job, thank you !
