This is the best paint shop in London! Decorator’s Mate stock all the best quality brands and their independence means you get good impartial advice. I’ve been shopping there for many years and go there for all my decorating needs. They have supplied me with some hard to find patterned wallpaper and have a very good colour matching service. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly and their prices are usually very competitive. Probably why they’ve been open so long. I’m proud to support this local independent business, give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Awful colour matching (see pictures), they just try to sell you the most expensive paint. Terrible customer service. My partner bought paint - was the wrong colour, tried to return it, I went in to get a refund and because of a system error the paint showed up as having already been returned. I was then made to feel like a scammer and liar as part of a lengthy argument before he tried again and it, surprise surprise, went through. Never going back there!
King of paint shops! I love this place. Been going there for years and never disappointed - still run by the same excellent guy but ALL staff there are so helpful and knowledgeable, they understand what you want and make it all easy for you. I was in and out of there, satisfied customer after only 10 minutes - after awful, painful experience elsewhere. Thank you!
This store has been going for many years prices are extremely competitive and the product Range and knowledge is good. The proprietor the black chap really good and helpful post-op would highly recommend products of paints from this store.
