We were fortunate enough to come across this pub a couple times, and luckily on our second visit a table had become available. The owner was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating which certainly made our spontaneous visit far more enjoyable. Of course, the Sunday lunch was delicious and affordable - We couldn't have asked for a better end to a long walk. So thank you.

Brilliant pub in a beautiful setting and the staff were super friendly. They let us park up for the night in our campervan and we got a lovely quiet sleep! Thanks for everything, we'll definitely be back!
Very welcoming. Excellent coffee and bacon rolls and outstanding lemon drizzle. Lovely stop after walking the Thames and Severn footpath. Highly recommended.
Lovely old fashion pub, great location next to canal & riverside walks. Lovely big garden. Parking. Lovely food, good selection. Covid safe. Well worth a visit.
Very accommodating for our first trip with friends, since lockdown finished. After a great walk it was welcome to enjoy a well deserved pint and Sunday lunch.
