We held my fathers wake here and it was excellent. Russ was lovely when we went in and booked it, sympathetic and understanding at a time when we needed it. He made the choices easy and suggestions to us at a time when we were finding it hard to make decisions. The venue was perfect, the food was fabulous and great quality and displayed beautifully. We dropped some photo's and bits that we wanted displayed a couple of days before and without direction he displayed them exactely as we had envisaged. It made a very difficult day much easier. Wouldn't think twice about booking this venue again, great value and great staff and a great send off for my Dad.
A good place to go for a quiet beer. Tucked away from the hussle of the town centre, this is a nice place to have a beer and a bite to eat with out the rowdy crowds you'd expect at a local pub. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and pleasant. I'd recommend this place if you just want to come for a quiet drink.
