Excellent service and great food! Great ambience in both the interior and exterior of the restaurant. Totally enjoyed our lunch and dinner there!
Great meal, even better service. Managed to squeeze us in even though they were busy, and food was still quick to be served. Attentive and friendly yet unintrusive. Added bonus of a beautiful view of the lake. Would happily go again.
A hidden away gem ... amazing food as all at the table agreed. Great value for top notch food. Views and location on Loch Lomond fantastic. You won’t be disappointed !
Whilst the hotel is in a nice setting, and the staff were friendly and helpful, the food standard was very poor. I had soup which was cold when it arrived, when it was returned; it had just been microwaved (the same half eaten roll was still on the plate). Other examples were over-fried scampi and macaroni cheese that was sticky and sickly. According to friends who have been before the food is usually very good, so I will give them the benefit of doubt and try it once more.
