Food was lovely. We ate here Saturday lunch and Tuesday evening are dog was just as welcome as we were with dog biscuits and a fuss from everyone. When we are back in the area we will be popping in for a bite and a drink. Everything is nice and clean. I highly recommended this place.

Had a lovely meal in here for my birthday. First time we have eaten out since pubs reopened under the covid regime. They have gone to a lot of effort to keep customers safe and it felt good to be back. Our food was all excellent and the staff friendly and welcoming. Thanks very much. Great profiteroles.
I had a takeaway roast last week. What a good deal. Huge plate of delicious veg and great beef, 3 large slices, plus large homemade Yorkshire. About a pint of good gravy in takeaway pot and plenty of horseradish in a little bowl. I couldn't eat it all, I tried , but it was well worth the tenner. I'm doing the same again soon.
Great vegetarian and vegan options! Had the vegan fish and chips one day and came back for a veggie Sunday roast. Great drinks on offer. The perfect cozy pub. Friendly staff made an effort to fit us in with a brief wait outside while so many places just say no with limited space due to social distancing. Will definitely be back next time we're in the area!
Lovely place, great staff, amazing food. Friendly for dogs as well. Can get busy on a weekend, so booking is a must. In the week a cozy place for a quite meal.
