We have had takeaway three times during these lockdowns and couldn't recommend it highly enough. We cannot wait for normal times ahead to visit the pub in real life. Fish and chips, scampi, piri-piri chicken, chips and coleslaw, and the steak and ale pie all fantastic.

a very nice pub with accommodating staff and a friendly atmosphere. i thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and would definately go back. i am a vegan, yet they still have me more than one option as to what i could eat, and an option for a dessert. excellent overall.
Lovely pub being run by lovely people. Warm welcome, good quality food. Lovely Sunday beef roast (13.50), although I’m fairly sure the carrots were pre-cut as they were quite watery. Great beer garden for a few ales in the sun. Nice that they had a local Golden Ale on tap. Wouldn’t mind a few more real ales on tap but appreciate it’s a small village so might be hard to justify. Highly recommend
Nice little country pub, great for a pit stop while out walking. We only had a drink but the food looked good. Nice garden.
Has a lovely family meal, and a staff very friendly and quality of food n presentation was great.
