What a quality village pub, we walked from coleford Town where we we staying, such a nice pub, lovely staff, made to feel welcome even with our non local accent. Paid for a taxi for us back to our hotel. If the weather's nice it's so nice sat in the garden with the shade of the maple tree. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent little find, was just down the road from the hotel we stayed at, decided to take a chance at a local pub with arriving late. I would say it was a locals pub so had a few people in chatting away which is better than entering an empty pub on a weeknight (Thursday) The food was suburb for the price, staff were very friendly and everyone was welcoming of Marley (dog), I think by the time we left he had made friends with everyone in the place as they walked past to the toilets Would recommend if your in the area and need a cheap bite and a drink.

Well sorted with one way system. Very helpful and friendly staff will use again.
Had the same drinks 4 times and different prices at least twice, but otherwise very enjoyable.
