Gareth and staff at the Crown liver go way beyond and more I live in California wanted to send Christmas dinner for my friend Mary and Gareth delivered it today put it in Her Kitchen she called me said it was wonderful and felt she had known Gareth all her life Thank you Gareth will be using you again merry Christmas stay safe from DIANE California ️

Me and my partner were staying at the local Village Hotel and wanted to visit somewhere outside of the hotel for food. We heard by word of mouth about the Crown and Liver pub (in the nearby village) recently starting food. We walked down on the Saturday evening. Every meal we ordered was delicious, the staff were extremely friendly (special mention to a lady I believe was called Emily). The owner Andy even visited our table and introduced himself formally, he was lovely. You get a real sense of community and family at this pub with very warm and tasteful decor also, I would 100% recommend, a real must visit!!!!
Always a cracking pint there . Friendly welcoming Bar staff and landlord and landlady. Had a lovely Steak tea there a couple of weeks ago . A good plate full . Nice chips a nice veg . So we booked it again for Christmas eve . Cant Wait .
I had a steak it was 2 for 20 ,the steak was a good size with onion rings ,peas ,broccoli, snap peas ,fried tomatoes and loads of chips ,the onion rings and the steak were to die for absolutely gorgeous ,couldn't fault the meal or the service, well done Gareth
