Had sausage & chips with a curry sauce. It was all really good and the chips were the best I've ever had. The park is just over the road too, so is the perfect place to go on a nice day.

Went in there for lunch today and there were two staff. One SAT ON THE WORK SURFACE (in a place that prepares and sells food!!!) with his laptop and his phone, clearly watching videos. The other, who served me, went back to watching videos on the other member of staff's laptop once he'd taken my money (clearly I had disturbed their day and inconvenienced them by shopping there!) Had I not have been in a hurry to get back to work, I wouldn't have shopped there today. I have a short walk home (less than 3 minutes) and the food was cold by the time I got there, so evidently wasn't very hot to start with! This was MUCH BETTER previously and I would always have given it 5 stars under the previous management.

We have on several occasions had our meal delivered. Always arrives on time. Highly recommend the Irish Curry Sauce, the best we have ever tasted. Large portions of chips, the fish does have well cooked, crispy batter, so if you prefer a lighter batter this is not the place for you. Also on a large cod there tends to be more batter than fish!

Fish was a little oily needed draining a little longer before being wrapped up. Batter ended up a little soggy on one side. Apart from that was excellent. Friendly staff, quick service considering cooked fresh to order and reasonably priced.

Portions are huge, fish was super tasty. Chips are awesome. Still fresh and crisp when taken home. Excellent service and food quality.
