Friendly pub staff. Excellent covid procedures in place. Good pub grub with generous portions. A mile walk from our mooring on the canal by the bottom of the caen locks.

There were 23 of us for Sunday carvery. The service and staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The food was lovely and I liked the way there were two beef joints, one rare and one well done. There was a choice of four meats. The large selection of puddings were generous. An easy recommendation.
