Absolutely lovely, was last in the crooked billet in 2014 and my what a transformation. The pub is lovely and cosy while maintaining a covid safe environment. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the food is superb. Will be going back very soon.
So happy to have the pub back open again. Had a few lovely meals already. As always lovely service and friendly greeting. Very happy with the way the team are handling the social distancing and I don’t feel that they have let it detract from the warm and friendly experience. Looking forward to popping down over the weekend.
My wife and I started visiting our local pub since reopening after covid, we have now been three times in two weeks, service is great and always friendly, food is good no complaints, will be there again this week, table under the stairs. Keep up the good work. Drove past today, nice to see the garden busy.
Really quiet today but generally a nice pub. Good range of draught including some cask options. Outside area wasn't any use today because of the fab British spring but will come back during the summer. Staff were friendly too.
