Went for the 1st time. Lovely relaxing atmosphere, good food and service. They had hand sanitizer as you go in and managed to keep social distancing without it being an issue. Would like to go back again
I have always been a fan of this local pub however went for a drink yesterday afternoon and the people inside were not keeping their distance at all. I accept it is everyone's responsibility to keep their distance but I do feel the owners of the pub have a duty a well to comment to people when this is happening in order to set an example. Sorry I won't be coming for a drink as even though you do have measures in place,unless people keep their distance it is not safe.It was due to the lack of table service . You have it for people who eat in.
They have a very good range of ales, beers, and ciders. The food there is of the highest quality, also it is one of the few places that still have a skittles alley with a function room that can be hired.
