Really helpful professional counsellor I would highly recommend.
Finding a therapist to work with is quite tricky. Qualifications and experience of course matter, but the more difficult thing is finding someone you feel comfortable speaking to about very personal matters. On top of that, the idea of taking the leap and speaking to a therapist for the first time can be daunting. Toby’s blog posts and videos helped me overcome these hurdles and gave me a sense that he was someone I could easily talk to. I decided to try out a session, and I’m glad I did. Toby is professional, considerate and personable, with a cozy space where he conducts his work. I have only recently begun my sessions at Counselling Buckinghamshire, but based on my recent experiences, I am optimistic about future sessions. If you feel you need his services, I would recommend trying out a session.
