Beautiful service. Great atmosphere much obliging and super accommodating owners, and the best home cooked food this side of London. I've had the home-cooked fresh veg and salad, Mexican lasagna with new potatoes, and was completely full up, could not finish the portions.

Excellent pub - stopped to get takeaway and it was lovely. Very friendly staff and excellent chips. Highly recommend.
We were a little disappointed with the food at The Cricketers. It took a very long time to arrive, and there were mistakes with our order, and all of our meals arrived at different times. Having said that, the staff are really friendly and love a chat, there’s a good vibe and the seating area out the back is great fun (there’s also a handy car park) so it’s not all negative! Would definitely go back for a few pints.
Excellent little pub at the end of the \line\. Great to have a pint of decent porter after a 15 mile walk from Burnham-on-Crouch to Bradwell. Friendly staff dealing well with social distancing.
