The biscuits are very good. Our waitress was awesome. She kept the coffee coming so it was always nice and hot. The eggs Benedict were very good

Beyond DELISH! The Wait staff was awesome the cook knocked it out of the ballpark on our to go order of the New Mexico omelet with home fries, a side of bacon and a short stack of pancakes. They didn't skimp one iota there was more than enough to eat and Melissa said it would be ready in 5-10 and she wasn't kidding! They didn't forget the condiments even though I did and and were cool about me adding a side of bacon and some gunslinger hot sauce, we will DEFINITELY eat here again & recommend to others! Nice work

All I can say is the Volcano Biscuit is the best breakfast there is period. Expect a bit of a wait 20-40 minutes on Saturday and Sunday but its absolutely worth it.

Food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The eggs were poached perfectly. I definitely recommend the Irish Eggs Benedict! The biscuits and gravy were good though packaging messy. They gave plenty of gravy but for to-go and delivery it would be nice if it was packed separately so it wouldn't spill. Overall I recommend eating here! They have so many options!

In short, the place was absolutely fantastic. I have been to diners and cafes all over the world and this one is up there with the best of them. On the eggs benedict the hollandaise sauce tasted perfect, the eggs were perfectly poached, the bacon of excellent quality, and the biscuit perfectly baked. The country potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The house chorizo was delicious (coming from a mexican-american). The french toast was perfectly prepared as well. I was also happy to see they had corn tortillas available. On top of the excellent food the wait staff is warm, welcoming, and friendly. The location has the classic american diner look. All in all making for one of my new favorite places.
