What can I say? This place serves up absolutely stunning, inventive fresh food and done in a relaxed and genuinely friendly way. I took my wife and two boys and managed to get a last minute booking, and we were certainly lucky. The place is small and can only hold a few tables at a time during covid, but if you're lucky enough to grab a table I can guarantee you will love it.

What can I say about this little Gem hidden down an alley & around many corners. Google Maps was a saviour or I would of missed my chance of tasting possibly the best food in Great Yarmouth. I can safely say it was the best dining experience during our stay & we would of happily eaten there everynight if they were not booked up solid. I was blown away by the service provided by the team & they really did make you feel special. If you do not attempt to fit this into your schedule, you may have missed something special.
This is a real gem of a restaurant serving quality meals in a very intimate setting. Family friendly staff taking care to make children welcome and providing quality activities to keep the very young entertained throughout the meal. Excellent service ensures an excellent culinary experience. Our family had a lovely week in Norfolk culminating in a wonderful meal on our last evening thanks to The Courtyard.
Fantastic, fresh, flavoursome, food. Huge portions and attentive service from the owners who are the waitress and chef. Small restaurant but very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. It was like being with friends. If you are lucky enough to book a table you will agree. We will definitely be returning.
Amazing!! Small place, but amazingly delicious food!! The taramasalata special was so tasty and the roast pork just so perfectly cooked. All completed by tiramisu. And the owners are so friendly. Great evening. Recommended!
