Can honestly say food was very very poor. The smothered chicken (don't know what smothered with. Lumpy sauce ) . Salad was not fresh. Fish n chips. Well the peas were ok. No effort at all plating up. Decor of pub was shocking and dated

Lovely pub with good food. Parking available, can eat in or in the garden. Rules laid out well concerning protecting everyone from Covid 19. Safe place to eat.
Staying at port lympne reserve . Visited this pub many times over the years . food is excellent as is the service. Would recommend a visit.
Very nice venue, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Ample free parking to the side of the pub and pleasant surroundings. Fair pricing for both alcoholic and soft drinks, but great value for money when it comes down to the food. My only criticism would be that the mashed potato was rather plain, but I'm really being pedantic here! I would definitely recommend to others for a relaxing or casual experience - for that reason I shall be returning. Many thanks to The County Members!
