Covid 19 test site comment. (September 2020) There is here a Covid19 mobile testing unit. You can have the test without appointment. It took 5 min to test 3 persons. All well organised. The results are supposed to come in 24/48 h by mail or text.

The home ground off Swindon since 1896 the ground currently boasts a capacity of 15,728 and has been all seated since the mid 1990's when the club won promotion to the Premier League for the first time .Away fans are normally housed in the Arkells Stand located one side off the pitch where 1,200 fans can be housed .This is an old stand but at least it has a roof away fans have been placed in the Stratton Bank Stand behind the goal in the past where there is no roof and is open to the elements overall i found the county ground to be a pleasent day out on my last visit. During the Second World War,the County Ground was used as a prisoner of war camp, with wooden accommodation being situated on the pitch area.

Warm friendly place. Delicious scrummy food promptly served. Extra special touches for little ones birthday. All the staff go above and beyond. Day complete by a STFC win 3 - 0 against Port Vale
