I was a student at the foundation certificate of pyschodynamic counselling. I was impressed with the delivery and content of the course pre-covid. I am hearing impaired and made the foundation aware of my disability prior to commencing this course. During covid the course was delivered via zoom, where i struggled to follow key aspects of the session. I repeatedly asked my course tutors for advice on how adjustments could be made for me, however nothing was put in place. This had a significant impact on my learning and my faith in the foundation. I expected more to support my learning.

I attended an Introduction to Counselling course with the foundation. I cant rate them enough! There amazing training department were so professional and helpful in talking me though all my options for becoming an accredited therapist.
