Amazing food, friendly staff, real warm log fire. Will definitely return. (careful where your sat nav takes you, the road directly opposite is not suitable for barely any car)
Yet another fantastic 2 in 1 pie. Shame we live too far away to become regulars. James and his team always make you feel welcome and understand why its always busy. Look forward to coming down to Devon again.
Friendly accomodating staff and lovely traditional pub with bags of character. Not sure why we hadn't been yet because we had heard great things and it certainly lived up to expectation. We had the steak pies, veggie pie and the 2 in 1 and they were all delicious all came with seasonal veg. Puds were good too. Waddled home very happy and content. We shall be back
What a lovely place oldy world pub with fantastic meals. The Coppa Dolla is known for it's 2in1 pies and they're outstanding. Half the pie is your main filling such as steak and mushroom plus lots of other fillings and the other half is cauliflower cheese. The owners and staff are so friendly you think you've known them for years. Lovely garden to sit out in in the warmer weather. Restrooms available and parking is free.
