Heya, has a very helpful experience with the store. Usman was very kind and helped me with all of my problems and was very responsive. I had to go in multiple times because i am absolutely horrible with technology and wasn’t sure how to fix even tiny things so it was very good and he was very patient with me. The time it took to fix the the screen of my laptop was a day which i haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Definitely recommend!!

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Usman explained exactly how long it would take to replace my laptop screen, and took the time to talk me through the options available to me. He was able to get a replacement screen the next day from his supplier, and even kept his shop open late so that I could collect my laptop on Saturday evening, and not have to wait until Monday. Excellent communication, and thoughtful, attentive service throughout. Thank you!

I am so very very grateful for all the help in retrieving my files etc. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. He was so polite and thoughtful, offering me a cup of tea and a seat. I cannot thank him enough for all his help today. I will be recommending this shop to anyone and everyone I know who has any IT problems or queries. Thank you so much

Found The Computer Shop online after my laptop hard drive failed and a seemingly new one I bought online wouldn't work either. Because of the pandemic I had phoned ahead to check the shop was open (it was). Usman was very kind and understanding and replaced my hard drive with one of the new ones in his shop and installed windows, Google chrome and all the necessary drivers in what felt like barely an hour! I'm happily now reinstalling all my apps because I never expected the fix to be so quick!
