We visited here on the 24th October and we felt very safe here, the lady who was cleaning the tables did a very thorough job cleaning the tables and also the bottom of the tables and all the hand rails. The lady making the drinks also cleaned very well too. All the staff wearing masks. The staff are very friendly and polite we would definitely recommend here to anyone, we have been in a few times now. The food and drinks have always been excellent. We used to go to Costa coffee but will NOT be going back after seeing how little cleaning is been done and touching face masks then touching the glasses where you drink from. They should come and see how it's done properly at the coffee house.

Nipped in as the weather was awful and I needed to warm up. First visit, very impressive! Serves my favourite tea; Assam and the Toasted Tea Cake came quickly and was delicious. Staff polite, friendly and chatty. Would highly recommend and I will be back :)
Call in here when shopping always clean and staff friendly. Coffee and food excellent. Full covid restrictions in place and most adhere to this. I would recommend this cafe as a must visit.
Food was good along with coffee. My main concern was staff not being consistent with customers regarding masks. They would ask SOME!!!! customers to put their face coverings on. I sat and watched as 1 lady leaned over the counter with a face mask hanging off her ear. Nothing was said at all by staff and then they never cleaned the counter after her. Then another customer came in and she was asked to put her mask on. Can we have staff ask all and not just the odd one.
