Lovely old place with plenty of charm. Glad to sink into the warm furniture with a pint in hand.

A very wide selection of great beer with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and, for want of a better word, honest, everything feels very warm and real. I would give it a four and a half stars rating if that was an option ;-)
Fresh local craft beers. Pickled eggs. Barstools & good chat. Joy!
Good selection of beers and ciders! Good and relaxing atmosphere with a friendly manager. Dog friendly place! You can also order pizza to be delivered from Yard Sale Pizza.
Great beer, even better pickled eggs. A little pricey, but great.
