First time visitor. The pub itself is full of locals, nothing wrong with that and the locals in Bridgwater are amongst the best. But I wouldn't go here for a romantic or quiet night out. I went for the live music played in the skittle alley out back which has been converted into a great little venue. Booze is cheap, toilets need a revamp but what the heck. Great night out.

Went there for my partners gig and it was epic as always. The sound was amazing and there was lots of space for the bands to play. Could of been advertised a bit more but other than that a good venue for metal bands to play in
Absolutely legendary venue and pub!! The staff are lovely and the company is fantastic. Plus the live music is fantastic with bands ranging from locals to overseas rock, metal and much more. I will never forget the amazing night seeing Cancer Bats!
Amazing night with the cover band oashish
I don't know Bridgwater but tried this pub while I waited to pick someone up. Great music, atmosphere and at 3 in the afternoon. Must be even better at night.
