A friendly country pub with genuine home cooked food. Plenty of free parking and views over the lovely 13th century church opposite. Food is reasonably price, served quickly and faultless. Highly recommended.

Very friendly _ Beautiful location. Looking away from the pup opens onto a beutiful valley. They didn't serve food on the night we stayed which was a Monday. However the beer was great and the staff excellent. It is completely dog friendly and great for a motorhome stopover. No electric hookup but that shouldn't be a problem for most people. Near the end of the evening the Landlords wife brought some chips and onion rings around for people to share. They were delicious. If they are a hint of the food at a weekend it should be excellent. Remember - this is a pub thet serves some food - not a restaraunt.
