From the first phone call and then throughout the 3 weeks until the funeral we were treated with nothing but compassion and kindness. The numerous requests for changes to the service booklet were met with patience and thoughtfulness. At the saddest time of our lives Tracey, Anne, Hayley and their other wonderful colleagues helped us turn our sadness into a celebration of our dear Dad's life. Words cannot convey how truly grateful we are for your support during this most difficult time. Thank you so much.

Tracy and Anne were so kind patient, and helpful during the most difficult of times. They were always on hand to help and advise with everything I don't think I could have got through this period without them. The hearse staff were amazing on the day again so kind and helpful. The Funeral today of my My Wife Carole anne was handled with Great care i cannot praise them Enough. Anne helped me from the beginning fo the end . The hearse Staff were so good nothing everything perfect . From me Tony , my Son Dominic and Daughter Yvette thank you
