Post office staff unhelpful and need proper training in customer relations. One particular member of staff did not know the procedure if a complaint maybe imminent. The individual became flustered because they were challenged as to why personal information was kept on the computer even thought the transaction was denied. Their defence was that the customer had an attitude problem and therefore walked away from serving the customer. The other counter staff member intervened to defend her colleague to belittle the customer. That intervening colleague was supportive of the other staff member even though she was not involved with the transaction. This is poor customer service relations and they have to be aware of fact when asked...Instead of defending a position they are unclear. The customer is well aware of do’s and don’ts and in this case both post office counter staff miserably failed! The date 7th May 2008 The customer was able to tax his vehicle online without having to give his parts of his personal details that could be open to fraud. The upshot is that anyone who doesn’t want their personal details imputed in a public forum, should be told at the start, to apply via the internet! Total rubbish being spun when challenged
Handy place to pick up items when other shops are closed. Pretty good choice although the shop is on the smaller side. The staff are friendly and helpful.
This is a smaller shop but is well stocked with ample choice , the staff are friendly and really have went out of there way to help me ,the store is well maintained and cleaned to s high standard , there is limited parking at the front and around the side. There is a cash point at the front of the store and it also hold a post office.
Good post office hours.
