The Co-operative Food

I like this co-op quite a lot, the layout makes sense and the staff are always lovely, the fresh bread and pastries are fantastic and there is a coffee making machine as well, the selection is not massive but you can buy everything you may need in a day and more, however the queues can sometimes be long.

Friendly staff, reasonable selection of items for a slightly higher price. Great if you need to quickly grab something!

Fantastic stock and excellent service. Very well priced. Specially staff is very polite and generous handling all customer with full respect. Very friendly staff. Recommend this store in Horsham.

So I got the kids ready for a walk to the shop. After a 10minute stroll, and it was a stroll with a 2 year old wanting to touch and point at everything in sight. I was shock to almost walk in the sliding doors, then to see a sign saying. Due to lack of staff the shop will be closed. Quite frustrating to say the least. On a whole I think the store is quite good, friendly and convenient. But on a manageable side I think more should of been done to keep the store open. As I would imagine you can agree that it must be a massive loss of revenue having to close. My star rating is because Im annoyed right now.

Hermes drop off at code not working. Staff know but could not be bothered to put a note on the equipment. Wasted 20 minutes...
