The Co-operative Food - Markfield

A convenient location. It's a pity the staff have not been trained appropriately. They are ignorant and have very little customer service skills. Even the duty manager Jess, couldn't even extract a hello, please or thank you out of her. Save for the fact that this store is convenient, i wouldn't bother going.

Came for some dank munch, bird behind the counter was wrinkled yet decent. Cookies where rags tho and they felt like I was eating a brick. My nana said they where dryer than a nuns private parts too, now we’ve had to fork out for some new teeth for her. Poor girl

Always been very impressed with the store and staff but not happy today when a man was walking around the shop and was served NOT wearing a mask, everyone in the shop complied with the governments rules, this man should not have been served.

Very helpful for university students near by. Markfield Institute of Higher Education (MIHE) is a small but unique religious, theology chaplaincy and finance learning centre. This Co-Op is regularly used by students , tutors and even sometimes visitors.
