I have just called in to this store. Grabbed a few bits and just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to be greeted by your lovely assistant. She was so nice, friendly, helpful. She was an absolute delight. Thank you Claire for the lovely service today.

Hand sanitizer at entrance with directional notice on door. Arrows on floor to direct customers safely around store and to keep distance. Cashiers behind perspex protective guard. Distance queuing for tills. Relatively quick shopping experience.

Terrible service this morning , went to pay for my stuff , asked for a bag, the lady serving me pulled a face. This lady was young had dark hair and glasses. She didn’t offer to pack my stuff even though I had a baby girl crying so I’m packing the shopping and seeing to her and my 6 year old boy. This isn’t the first time I’ve had horrible service here , it’s like they are not bothered about a mum with a baby and another kid to deal with. You would think the staff would like to make the customers life easier \u200d️
