The staff could be friendlier!!! The aisles are not very wide... social distancing is a problem... and the prices aren't cheap... I only shop for the odd items... even though it's on my doorstep!!!

What a terribly run place this is!! Had a parcel delivered through collect plus but was unable to collect due to system being down. Was told to return later that day to collect it......how can I when I’m only to go out once a day for essentials?? No one seemed to be able to offer me a solution to this problem. Just come back later today or wait until system is back up....how am I supposed to know when this is?? Other than that the things they sell are way over priced. Basic things on shelves are not filled back up when empty. I only use this place because it is a local shop and they know that hence the prices.
Good choices. Lots of locally produced foods on offer. Great staff attitudes. Meets high customer service expectations. Refreshing to complement during covid.
Really polite staff. Great variety of goods. And a great alcoholic isle
