Staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out there way. To ensure you have the right information. I have been with the bank many years now. It was the best move I ever made Thank you. To all the team at the Glasgow office

Such helpful and friendly staff! Agnes went above and beyond to help me out with my account switch. I'm pretty sure she is a superhero in disguise.

Great bank - and the in branch customer service is the best I've ever experienced. Staff are friendly and go out their way to help - no matter what your query is. Very undertstanding of 'real life' money matters. I'd feel more than comfortable approaching them about any financial issue. Exactly what you need from your bank.
