A great college with helpful and dedicated tutors. Covid safe with all new signage throughout the buildings. Only possible flaw is the higher ups. Managerial team is quite tough to work with despite being part of the education sector. Overall, 4/5, great for student learning but bad for student finance, job security and overall guidance.
If you like minimum communication then this is the college for you. I wrote an email september last year, wrote a second one around the end of november, finally got one back but still didnt reply for the original reason I emailed. Then I emailed complaints and guess what, still havent emailed me back to this day... They also lack the effort to inform you whenever your timetable changes, which they should do when its changed around 3-4 times in less than 3 weeks. Only good thing are the tutors because theyre the ones who try to keep communication up between the students. I've had more information from my tutors than I have from the Head of School
I've had so many problems just trying to get started up at this college. I applied for a course in August this year and had problems with lack of communication with staff. I can't count how many times I've called/emailed almost everyday to get a response but no one ever seems to respond with the information I needed or didn't even answer at all. I haven't even attended, yet I can tell how poor the communication and organisation is between staff for even just enrolling. Seeing all the other reviews makes me wish I never even applied to this awful college.
Bad communication between faculty tutors fianance and management. Had 5 tutors in 15 months . A lot of staff are agency staff including tutors!! Bad experience 15 months into 3 year course hopefully things improve!!!
