Fantastic gym. Staff and facilities are brilliant. Very welcoming and warm staff. Spa facilities are the best I have used in the city. The refurbishment has been done to a fantastic standard. All round the best gym and spa in the city. Classes are extremely well put together would recommend taking a few to anyone joining as a member

My husband and I decided to get a day pass during our stay in London to have a nice relaxing day and to forget about all the worries and sorrows this year and we had an amazing day. We immediately felt welcomed when we were greeted with a smile. The staff told me that the place has just been refurbished and I have to say it looked amazing: very cozy and elegant. I loved spending time in the jacuzzi by the pool area.
