Fantastic craft ale pub! Before this year we would enjoy an hour or two at the weekend. They allow dogs and small children so always a nice atmosphere. Just love the beers on offer, especially the Bollington! Now In 2020 they have adapted their business so takeaway ales and gifts are the orders available. Lovely place.

Everytime I'm in Cheadle Hulme seeing family I somehow end up here at some point! It's such a warming place to enjoy a good beer! They have a great selection with regular changes! The staff are lovely and they are helpful if you're not sure what to pick..
Superb place. Friendly, knowledgeable about beer and really helpful. Dog friendly, kid friendly and have done a brilliant job of keeping people safe during COVID-19. Best in the area by a mile
Friendly staff, nice beer & met some customers who were well into what I am. A most enjoyable experience.
Great little (and it really is tiny) real ale pub. Nice selection of varying and well kept beers. Pork pies if you're quick enough (you figure out if they're nice from that). Good selection of spirits too, wines are limited, but let's it, that's not why you go to a real ale pub. Did I mention that it's small though? It can get full very easily. By far the best pub in the middle of Cheadle Hulme if you want real ale though.
