I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years now and have always found them unfailingly polite and helpful. No long waiting times for appointments either. Excellent service.

doctors and nurses are fabulous however the reception staff clearly have no manners or training. Majority of people attending the doctors are unwell so the last thing they need is receptionist staff making them feel worse.
Dr Jones takes the piss had a telephone appointment.. asked for a letter to be drawn up for court. Only to be told theres a fee.. no problem I said I asked for the letter to be with me earlier than 5 days ans so told me I had to ring up and ask for it to be processed earlier. For the original fee plus an extra admin fee.. so I just agreed to have the letter and the agreed day for the first fee..... get to the doctors to pic up my letter 5o be told it's not there.. and I should have rang up to agree with the fees .before they will even process my letter so now I've been waiting days for it only to not be done... absolute joke..so unprofessional and dont even get me started on how often they loose prescription sbeen waiting 3 weeks for my last one
GP’s and midwife were exceptional in care and advice when having my first child. Also having had pneumonia over Christmas they were amazing. Fitted me in to appointments at the last minute and sent me off to hospital - so glad they did - will be eternally grateful. Follow up care has also been exemplary. Thank you all at Chipping!
Fabulous surgery, feels almost like a community centre, with many patients knowing each other and having obviously used the surgery for many years. Compared to other surgeries I have used over the years this is by far the friendliest. The doctors and nurses have a great \bedside manner\ and the reception staff are always helpful and cheerful. There is a dispensary on site, so if a GP prescribes you medication, you can just wait for 10-15 minutes and take it with you. Their online system gives access to appointment booking, repeat prescription requests and a full medical history. I cannot recommend this surgery enough.
