Bought a 1/2 chicken in batter. Was delicious until i got to the breast where the meat was wet and pink! If thats not bad enough, when i returned the food to inform the manager, riccardo capaldi, he be came extremely defensive, dismissive arrogant and rude. The rest of the staff quickly joined in. Accused of looking for a refund, i explained that all i wanted was an alology and an admission that my meal wasnt up to standard. All i received was a rude request to leave. I honestly thought the chip chick inn was ome of the good places. I will be submitting it all to glasgow city councils environmental health dept. I wont be returning

Undoubtedly the best chippy in the area, if not Glasgow (maybe even Scotland??). Great and varied menu, reasonable prices, fast delivery and HUGE portions!! Couldn’t ask for any more, really.
Always quality food here and good prices too, staff aren't to bad either friendly welcome guaranteed, quite possibly the best chippy in the westend.
