This establishment offers discounts for off peak dining. I took the deal and ordered a lamb chop, which was supposed to come with broccoli, potatoes, and beetroot. As shown, the dish only came with lamb and 3 miserable pieces of broccoli. While taste-wise there's nothing much to praise, I am appalled at the service. I enquired why there was no beetroot and potato, as stated in the menu. The waiter informed me that they had no stock of potato or beetroot. I believe this should have been made known to me before I ordered, and I could have ordered something else. But what REALLY ticked me off was the response I got after that, which is, "You already have a discount. Do you want more discount?" I think this way of handling is totally unacceptable. It could have easily been resolved by offering alternatives, such as french fries or more broccoli or anything, really. I do not come as a beggar asking for cheap food. When you offer off peak dining deals, it is your responsibility to ensure that the food and service are still as good as normal times and that the kitchen is available to serve the "all-day" menu; failing which, it should be made clear what was available and what was not.
