No matter what the problem, the time of day or the day of the week without exception the reception staff are unsympathetic, rude and incompetent.
I can personally say I have always had 100% from reception, doctors and nurses. Thank you. Angela Kingman x
I've always had friendly staff on the phone, always got an appointment and seen a doctor, can't praise this surgery enough
The staff I have dealt with here have been brilliant (Jocelyn and a young blond receptionist, glasses, petite, and I think her name was Faye? Or something like that - sorry!). The receptionist was incredibly patient and kind when I explained what I needed an appointment for and was apologetic when she couldn't get me in any sooner than she had. After all, it is not the fault of the receptionists once all the appointments are gone. She made me feel comfortable and is a credit to the surgery. On my actual appointment, I saw Jocelyn who again was kind and patient in dealing with me. I would recommend Jocelyn to others in my position.
