It's just opened up under new management, staff are very helpful and friendly. Still lots of work needed to get the place fully up and running but they're really making an effort. Membership is really cheap, there's lots of indoor and outdoor space and the kids love it. The gym looks great with lots of equipment, I think I'll give it a go, although I'm new to fitness the trainer's look like they know their stuff. Not sure about the boxing, but might get me in the ring? Dance studio's are definitely not for me though. There's ba huge car park and places to secure your bike, can even get a shower after a good ride though Lea Valley Park. Love the revamped bar and cafe, prices are good too!
